She started her career with Reliance Infocomm, building a product that revolutionized the way India uses mobile. She has held various leadership roles across Bharti Airtel and Big FM and Television channels for strategic geographies. Community Contributions: Beyond her corporate life, Mital is deeply commited to community development and devotes her weekends to She Loves Data, a global nonprofit organization spanning 16 countries.
