Nishchal Padhya is the Partner and Managing Director of Siddhartha Logistics Group, a leading logistics firm in India. He oversees operations across 25 locations, managing a team of over 250 professionals, with a focus on Gift City SEZ/FTWZ and diverse international cargoes including high-technology goods, industrial projects, and defence logistics. Under his leadership, the group has achieved a turnover of over INR 135 crores. Starting his career at 17 with a Customs broker in Mumbai, Nischal has developed extensive expertise in The Indian Customs Act and international trade regulations. He has successfully managed large-scale projects and over 450 customs-related cases for multinational companies. Recognized as an expert, he has contributed to several key publications in the field and served as an advisor for the Indian Customs Tariff Book.
